Then book a private dining experience at DGS. The private dining (aka the mispucha room) can seat up to 18 people. We can smoke whole salmon for your family brunch (no need to get it shipped from NYC anymore), braise an entire brisket for your friends (old school in red wine or next generation in fermented black black beans) or cook a tasting menu that explores the new age of delicatessen (think farmers cheese pierogis with spring peas and grilled romanian steak with creamy chickpeas and a sunny side egg). We can create an exciting beer, wine or cocktail menu to go with your meal. We’ll even do old world bottle service if you’d like.
